We bought our home in Cary almost a decade ago and quickly realized nobody warns you about the second job that comes with it. The HVAC guy who doesn't call back. The contractor who shows up two hours late — or not at all. The Saturday afternoon that turns into four hours of phone calls.
With two working parents and two small children, we just didn't have the bandwidth to manage all of it. And we got tired of the stress that came every time something broke or a project needed to get done.
So we built the thing we wished existed — one person we could call who actually handles it.
Nothing feels better than a client texting to say they didn't have to think about their house this weekend. That's the whole point. We're not selling a service — we're giving back time, and around here, that's worth a lot.
